Information provided through the waitlist is used to manage the waitlist and to contact you regarding the platform. Waitlist data is stored securely in an EU-hosted database, is not shared publicly, and is accessible only to authorised Equigent administrators.

Data retention. Waitlist information is retained only for as long as necessary to manage the waitlist, support platform development and any communication you have consented to. You may withdraw your consent, or request deletion, at any time.

What we collect. Only the information you enter in the waitlist form: your name, email, phone (if provided), country, role, preferences relating to horses or your operation, and your privacy- and marketing-consent choices. We do not collect identity numbers, passport details, payment information, health information or home addresses.

You may withdraw your consent, request access to your data, or ask for its deletion at any time by contacting solmichaela@equigentofsweden.se.
